I received a notification saying I need to verify my account. How do I do this?

What is the difference between guaranteed and sweepstakes miles?

Guaranteed miles require more points, but they are a sure thing. If you redeem for miles with “guaranteed” in the name please allow up to 2 weeks for your miles to be added to your account. Please note, some airlines may take longer for miles to be processed.

When you redeem for miles with “Sweepstakes” in the name, you’re redeeming for an entry into a lottery drawing. The more points you earn, the more sweepstakes entries you can redeem, and the greater your chances are for possibly winning.

Why am I getting a message saying I don't have enough points?

Unfortunately, this means you do not have enough points to redeem for the prize you want. There sometimes can be a 24-48 hour delay between when you earn points to when they are posted to your account.

How are winners notified?

Our prizing coordinator will contact all winners via their Frequent Flyer email. We also post winners on our social media pages.

I won a sweepstakes, where are my miles?

Please note, receiving an email with the subject line "Frequent Flyer Redemption Confirmation" does not mean that you are a winner. This email is a confirmation of entry into our sweepstakes. Winners will be notified via email with instructions on how to proceed.

I redeemed my points for guaranteed miles. When will I receive them?

If it's been less than two weeks hang in there. Miles can take up to two weeks to process. If it's been more than two weeks please contact us. We'll look up your information and provide an update. Please note, some airlines (like American Airlines) can take longer than two weeks to process miles.

I redeemed my points for miles but have not received them.

How do I reset my password?

Open the main menu on the top left of any page, select Account, click Logout of Frequent Flyer. Open the app and select "Sign in with email". Click "Forgot password".

If you are trying to access the app but can't remember your password, click "Sign in with email" and then "Forget password".

I received an error saying my email was already in use.

Please verify that you have not already attempted to create an account with this email already.

If you already have an account set up with this email on one of our sister apps (Panel App or Give2Charity), you will not be able to create an account with this email address.

Please provide your information and we will proceed with deleting your account.

Please check your spam to make sure that your verification email didn't get filtered out of your inbox.

Have you verified that the email you entered is correct?

Go to your Frequent Flyer settings and check if your email is correctly listed. If the email is incorrect tap on the incorrect email and adjust it as needed. This will force our system to email you a new verification link.

Why are there no surveys on the iPad?

Currently the Frequent Flyer app does not provide surveys for the iPad. You will receive surveys purely on your mobile device. You still earn points for keeping the app installed so hang in there - the miles will start coming!

Why are there duplicate questions?

This is because as you are taking multiple surveys from different market pools. Rest assured, this is not a glitch and you are still receiving bonus points for answering the questions.

Please report any inappropriate survey responses to us so that we can take immediate action to remove them from our database. Thank you for your assistance!

If a survey has outdated information or the correct information is not available what should I enter?

Please, choose either the option "None of the above" or "Other" so you can manually fill in the correct answer.

I get more questions after selecting "End Survey."

This may appear like a glitch, but you're actually taking multiple surveys. Rest assured you are still receiving points for each of your answers.

I am not receiving points after completing a survey?

It can take up to 24 hours for our system to display your points after completing a survey. We are working to improve this functionality and will be rewarding points instantly in an upcoming release.

I'm not receiving survey (or not receiving enough).

Please verify that you are sharing your location data with the Frequent Flyer app.

iPhone or iPad users: Select the Settings icon on your phone > Scroll down and select the Frequent Flyer app > Make sure Location is set to "Always" and Cellular Data is turned on.

Android users: Make sure your phone has location turned on.

I'm still not receiving any surveys.

Try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Your points will not be lost but often times surveys will begin working again.

Why am I not earning points?

In order to get points, make sure that you have GPS and internet connection on. The longer you have the app, the more surveys you will begin receiving, and the more points you can earn.

I have not earned points for taking surveys or inviting friends.

It could take up to 24 hours for our system to refresh points after answering a survey and up to 72 hours to fully recognize a referral connection.

How do I refer a friend?

From the points screen (the screen with your large point readout at the top) click the "Refer & Earn" button. You will be provided with various opportunities to share the app with your friends. It can take up to 72 hours after a friend installs the app for the referral to get registered in our system.

With Frequent Flyer, the more you refer, the more you earn. Frequent Flyer has different levels of referral rankings to help show how many successful referrals are on your account. Tap the “Refer & Earn” button to share with friends & family!

The referral levels are:

  • Trainee: 0-1 referral
  • Junior Flight Officer: 2-3 referrals
  • First Officer: 4-7 referrals
  • Captain: 8+ referrals
